Both ladies are relatives. The old, old pictures are my great great grandparents (mom's, mom's, dad's parents). The other lady (where I removed the water bottle) is my mother!
The nose ring is fake. It was one of those wedding band decorations that you string out accross the tables. He just spread it apart and pretended to use it as a nose ring.
For retouching, it would depend on what needed to be done. Since I am still learning all of the little tricks of the trade in Photoshop, I am charging on the smaller side of what the market is asking... $60 an hour plus the price of the print that you wanted. Let me know, I would love to help!
